Grip with Japanese traditional craft marquetry

Summer is finally here!

 

In Atsuma, Hokkaido, where we live, the temperature rarely reaches 30 degrees even during the day, and with the sea breeze it's still comfortable.

 

Well, the grip with marquetry that I have been planning since last year is finally complete.

 

 

Parquetry is a traditional Japanese craft that has been around since the Edo period.

 

It is a time-consuming craft and a wonderful part of Japanese culture.

 

We would like to incorporate this wonderful technology into fishing gear, protecting and passing on the excellence of Japanese manufacturing.

 

We planned this project with that in mind.

 

Newly designed gun grip

 

When applying the marquetry this time, we designed it from scratch, starting from the shape.

 

 

The design is cool and not too flashy even when a reel is attached.

 

 

Not only is it stylish, but it also provides a comfortable grip that allows you to hold it firmly in your hand, making you want to hold it forever, and it has premium specifications with emblem plates embedded on both sides.

 

 

 

 

There are two types in the lineup

 

The lineup includes two types of wood: rosewood and ebony.

 

You can choose from black and silver metal colors.
