Original lure development project starts #7

Original lure development project starts #7

Hello.

This is Kamimura from Hitotoki Works!

The detailed design, color lineup, and packaging design have finally been decided.

Filling in the details of the design

From a human perspective, appearance is also important.

When fishing, you want to use cool equipment, not just rods but lures as well.

The design of the face is an important part, and if you cut corners, the design will instantly look like a cheap product sold in a shopping cart or a 100 yen store lure.

In addition to the eyes taken from the Hitotoki Works logo design, the face design was decided upon to give a sharp image.

I added the words "The Answer is a Slide" only on the left side.

When taking a photo with a fish, you can capture the answer to your catch in the photo.

The name "IGNA" and the new brand "K6Arts" are printed at the bottom.

What is "K6Arts"?

That may seem like a stretch, but K6Arts was launched as another brand within Hitotoki Works.

The purpose of the launch is that in 2023 Hitotoki Works will not only manufacture fishing equipment, but also focus on activities to protect fishing spots.

As a first step, we have launched a brand called K6Arts, and we plan to donate a portion of the sales of K6Arts brand products to activities to protect fishing spots.

I hope to write more about what kind of activities I will be involved in in the future.

Package design

We want to create a package design that is characteristic of Hitotoki Works!!

A typical transparent plastic case is boring.

Why do I feel like I have to go to a fishing tackle shop and buy something like that?

I don't like it to look like everyone else's, so I was extremely particular and spent a lot of time on it ^_^;

The IGNA logo is printed large, and a lure pops out from the window in the center.

Because this lure was created with great care, we paid particular attention to every detail, even the packaging.

Color lineup

At launch, there will be a lineup of seven colors.

Even after the launch, we hope to develop special colors through various projects.

The release is scheduled for May 2023!

It's still about six months until the IGNA goes on sale, but please look forward to it!
