Glass solid 1000mm for homemade mountain stream lure TRG-1010
A DIY glass solid designed specifically for mountain stream lures.
Focused exclusively on mountain stream lures, it has been repeatedly tested to achieve the perfect action.
It is designed to bend firmly when casting, and to allow for firm control with the tension of the butt section when using a lure.
When swinging the blank alone, it may feel a little stiff, but by attaching the all-stainless steel guide set (sold separately), the action changes dramatically.
During testing, I was able to catch a 40cm+ rainbow trout in the main stream, and experienced firsthand the unique quality of glass that makes it difficult for the lure to escape.
It can easily cast even 2g lures, making it a blank that can be enjoyed not only in mountain streams but also for area trout fishing.
The bat has a certain amount of tension, so you can fight even large trout with confidence.
This blank is also recommended as your first ferrule rod!
The blank is 1,000 mm long, but the butt section has a 100 mm straight section with an outer diameter of Φ5.4.
If you want to use it as short as possible, you can cut off 100mm of the straight section without compromising the action.
By cutting a blank to 900mm, attaching a ferrule to it, and then attaching a 235mm grip, you will end up with a rod that is about 3ft 7in long.
By attaching a ferrule to a 1000mm blank and then attaching a 235mm grip, you will end up with a rod that is about 4ft long.
